Jim epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative services in every detail of your real estate transaction. He uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem, and has been trained and inspired by some of the best across numerous industries. Jim’s personal approach is centered on you and meeting your real estate needs.
Jim studied business and finance at the University of California Riverside while playing for the UCR Men’s Tennis Team. His career has centered around numbers, contract negotiations, and sales, and with a passion for real estate that was passed down from his architect-developer father, Jim found that selling real estate was a perfect fit. In his first full year in real estate (2005), he earned the “Rookie of the Year” award, and has enjoyed helping his clients find and purchase their dream homes ever since.
Jim grew up in the Southern California mountain community of Lake Arrowhead. He started playing tennis at the age of 12, and his perseverance and commitment resulted in college scholarships and playing professionally. A knee injury ended his professional career, however he is still devoted to the world of tennis as a player, a high school coach, a college coach, and avid fan. A San Diego County resident since 1997, Jim is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys a good tennis match, the sounds and excitement of a concert, spending time with his wife and two children, and showing his clients the best that San Diego can offer.
Whether buying or selling, Jim will provide you the special attention one expects of a dedicated real estate professional. He is praised most often by clients for his enthusiasm, commitment, patient approach and market knowledge.
